In 2020, we launched Sympathy Brands, our business-to-business funeral home and cemetery technology solution, to unify the journey. In building this bridge, we tied each individual step of a family’s journey together with the industry, creating a holistic, end-to-end experience.

We developed the Sympathy Brands’ platform, SBConnect™, our proprietary technology, which combines the entire roadmap, from pre-need and at-need through continued aftercare, including memorialization and commemoration, into a unified platform. Bridging technology and family care, the platform reduces workflow and enriches care by providing funeral homes, cemeteries, and families with unique solutions, unparalleled connectivity, and an ongoing commitment to education.
