Service Schedule

The Service Schedule is the main page of the Sympathy Brands platform. Here you will find a list of upcoming services for your location(s), displayed in order of the next occurring service. You may view and edit services, as well as print a schedule.

Along the top of your Service Schedule, you will see filters for location, director, and date range. To select a particular location, funeral director, or date range, you may select the name(s) and dates from the associated dropdown and print your service schedule.

If your location hosts a Viewneral Service, you will be able to start the service by clicking on the blue START button in the Viewneral column. 

Please note: Following the service, past cases may be accessed in the Case Directory.

Create Case

Create an at-need or pre-need case. Enter the decedent’s details, family information, and service details. Select Viewneral® and Aftercare recipients and enter Tribute information to share with family and friends, and on your website. Use the Case Directory to access and edit any cases that have been created.
